About the Role

In this roles, you'll contribute to helping keep our operations safe, reliable and running efficiently. You’ll lead a supportive team with a strong safety culture and opportunities to contribute across a variety of mining projects.

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities Monitor the productivity of dozers, drills, and load-and-haul activities

• Identify deviations from KPIs and implement corrective actions to address them

• Promote the safe operation of plant and equipment to prevent damage, misuse and safety incidents

• Maintain short-interval control boards and provide feedback to the crew on performance.

• Set clear expectations: guide, develop and recognise your team

• Foster a speak-up culture where everyone is respected

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within mine site environment

• Ability to work as part of a team and step up when needed

• Commitment to safe work practices and job quality

• Demonstrated ability to work as a team, “do the right thing” and drive continuous improvement.

• Proven commitment to safety

• Current C Class Drivers Licence.
